   The 1st round interview will be a test on a computer which includes two parts: Typing Test & Project Test. Totally it will take you about 90 minutes to complete all tasks.

  The Typing Test is used to test your typing speed and accuracy which is necessary to do the daily work at RSP. We have already posted the Typing Program here for your reference.

  The Project Test is designed to evaluate your ability in English reading and writing, understanding a process and solving problem, as well as your basic computer skills. This is also supposed to give you an impression of the daily work in production departments. It is a combination of data entry and simple data analysis.   The materials used for the project test contain a procedure, Acord (application form) & two excel files (database & rating worksheet). We provide an example for your reference.
