Learning and Development Program
RSP is committed to the success and development of our employees.
New employees start with two weeks of preparatory training before being assigned to a team. The training program focuses on insurance knowledge, computer skills, English communication and other professional skills. After this program, each employee is assigned to a team, where they receive training from one or more senior members of the team. Through this training, the new employees are introduced to the activities and projects of the team and their specific responsibilities.
Continuing education is also very important. Through the ReSource Pro University, employees are able to further develop their knowledge of core skills and other skills that will help with their daily work and career progression. Topics range from in depth training on insurance, business email writing, conference calls, and more.
